You may not use the Politicahub AI service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Illegal Activities: Transmitting any material that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Harmful and Malicious Content: Creating or distributing content that is harassing, hateful, violent, or pornographic. This includes generating malware, phishing links, or engaging in fraudulent schemes.
• Privacy Violations: Using our tools to collect, process, or expose the private information of others without their explicit consent.
• System Abuse: Overloading our systems, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using the Service for spamming, crypto-mining, or other resource-intensive activities not related to the intended use.
• Abuse of AI for Harmful Output: Intentionally prompting the AI to generate content that promotes self-harm, violence, hate speech, or disinformation.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor content and investigate any violation of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice for any violation of this policy.
