No Refunds for Active Subscription Periods

Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate access to our AI tools upon subscription, we do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees already paid. This includes payments for the current billing cycle, whether it is monthly or annual.

When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all your plan’s features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service. To request a refund review under such circumstances, please contact our support team.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Billing" page in your user dashboard. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
