By creating an account, accessing, or using the Politicahub AI service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Subscription & Billing
The Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan fee. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. As per our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all data and content you provide to the Service. You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include illegal use, harassment, distributing malware, or infringing on intellectual property. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Disclaimer on AI-Generated Content
The AI-generated content provided by the Service is for informational and creative purposes only. Politicahub AI makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of this content. The outputs from our AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. Do not rely on the Service for legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Politicahub AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
