2. Data We Collect & Its Purpose

We collect and process data for the primary purpose of providing our services. The legal basis for our processing is the performance of the contract between you and Politicahub AI.

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
  • Subscription & Billing Data: To handle payments, we process subscription details via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly.
  • User-Provided Content: Any data you input into the AI tools (e.g., website URLs, FAQs, business info) is processed to generate the AI outputs you request. This data is considered yours and is not used for any other purpose.
  • Usage Data: We collect data on feature usage (e.g., number of leads scored, reports generated) to enforce plan limits and manage billing.

3. Data Storage, Location, and Subprocessors

To ensure GDPR compliance, all user data is stored and processed on servers located within the European Union.

  • Primary Platform (Firebase): Our application, database (Firestore), and authentication are hosted on Google Cloud's `europe-west` region.
  • Payment Processor (Stripe): Stripe processes all payments and is fully GDPR compliant.
  • AI Processing (Google Gemini): AI tasks are processed using Google's Gemini API. We ensure that personally identifiable information is not sent unless it is part of the content you explicitly provide for analysis.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
